Mick & Julie Perez sold our house in West Lancaster 14 months ago. Mick and Julie represented us on our beautiful home in Palmdale. We've purchased a few homes in the past, so we were very aware of what an agent is required to do. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They were hands on through out the transaction, following up with the loan officer, escrow, inspections etc. They even battled with the sellers agent, when the seller tried to change the length of the escrow, knowing that we had already rented our current home out and had no place to go. They were very friendly and we continue to be friends long after the close of escrow. We highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home. They will walk you through it step by step and carefully explain in detail all the contingencies and verbage that are hidden in the lengthy contracts. They are highly recommended. |
